Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how archify.lat handles personal information when you visit the site, create an account, or generate a concept set. It covers the website and the workbench only. archify.lat is an independent third-party website and is not affiliated with Archify AI or archifyai.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect as little as the service allows, and only what is needed to run your account and your designs.

• Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• The briefs, project names, and reference images you enter, together with the concept sets generated from them.
• Billing records: plan, credit balance, invoices, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, used for security, rate limiting, and aggregate analytics.

3. How we use it

We use your information to generate the designs you ask for, keep projects available across sessions, meter credits, process payments, prevent abuse, and reply when you contact support.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your briefs or generated designs to train models or to advertise to you.

4. Your designs

Briefs and generated designs are stored so you can reopen, amend, and export your work. They are visible to you and, on a Studio plan, to the members of your shared workspace.

You can delete a project at any time from the workbench, and deleting it removes the brief and its generated assets from active storage.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your locale and theme, and protect forms against cross-site requests. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

6. Sharing

We share information with the service providers that make the product work, and only to the extent they need it:

• Google, for sign-in.
• Stripe, for payments, subscriptions, and invoices.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the application and its data.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to respond to a valid request.

7. Retention

Account records and projects are kept while your account is open. When you close your account we delete the account and its projects, and keep only the billing records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, payment data is handled by Stripe, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so use an email account you control and report anything suspicious to support@archify.lat.

9. Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account information from the settings area, or by writing to support@archify.lat. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information, and we honour valid requests regardless of jurisdiction.

10. Children

Archify is a professional design tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a material way we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Questions can be sent to support@archify.lat.
