Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use the Archify workbench, and what you keep when you generate a design.
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of archify.lat and the Archify design workbench. By creating an account or generating a design you accept them. If you are using Archify for an employer or client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on their behalf.
archify.lat is an independent third-party website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Archify AI or archifyai.com.
2. Accounts
Sign-in is through Google only, and you are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep access to your Google account secure, and tell us at support@archify.lat if you believe someone else has access to your Archify workspace.
3. Plans, credits, and billing
Archify is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Each plan includes a credit allowance, and credits are consumed when a task runs: a massing study, a set of plans, renders, a 3D walkthrough, or a finishes schedule.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops future renewals while leaving your current period active until it ends. Prices are stated in US dollars and may change with notice before your next renewal.
4. Your designs
You keep the rights you hold in the briefs, reference material, and other content you bring to Archify. We claim no ownership of the concept sets generated for you, and you may use, edit, and build on them subject to your plan level.
You are responsible for the material you upload. Do not upload drawings, photographs, or documents you do not have the right to use.
5. Professional responsibility
Archify produces concept design material. It is a design aid, not a substitute for an architect of record, a structural engineer, or a code official.
Dimensions, areas, and compliance flags are generated from the brief and your inputs, and must be verified by a qualified professional before any drawing is used for construction, permitting, or procurement.
- Do not present generated drawings as permit or construction documents without professional review.
- Verify structural, fire, accessibility, and planning requirements with the relevant authority.
- Check that the site data you provide matches the real site.
6. Acceptable use
Use Archify for design work you are entitled to do. Do not:
- Attempt to access another account, workspace, or project.
- Probe, scan, or overload the service, or work around credit metering and rate limits.
- Resell the workbench, or offer it as your own product, without a written agreement with us.
- Use the service to produce material that infringes copyright, or that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where you practise.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the workbench available and to preserve your projects, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and a task that depends on a third-party model may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
8. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time from the settings area. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used to attack the service, or where a payment is reversed without contact, and we will explain the reason where we are able to.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Archify is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for design decisions made on the basis of generated material, or for amounts greater than what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@archify.lat.
